What to eat?

Our next trip (Jan 21-31) we will be trying some new restaurants, as well as some favourites, which I pretty much already know what I plan to order. My question is not WHERE to eat, but WHAT to eat.
Any suggestions for the following places?

Kona cafe (dinner) Everything looks so good here!

Via Napoli- Can't decide between pizza or pasta

Whispering Canyon-Anyone had the trout?

Kona is our new must do! i LOVE the teryaki steak and their welcome bread with macadamia nut butter they have great desserts as well. you must eat at Kona!

Via Napoli sounds delicious, i'll be eating there in two weeks so i hope it's good.

dont forget about the new mexican place in epcot.

we always get the skillet at WCC and the milkshakes.

At Kona, I've had the Mahi-Mahi, the pork chop and the noodles and liked all three. They used to have a pinapple glazed ribeye that was also tasty and nicely priced relative to other beefs on property.
