As far as AKV ressies 10/7-10/15 2007

Should I be worried about the construction issues and take a proactive approach by getting waitlisted elsewhere?

Or should I wait for Disney to make the first move?

I know I am super fortunate to being going to WDW, but it seems like everything that could go wrong so far....has gone wrong

And dont even get me going on the farmers almanac predictions for those dates lol

I wouldn't, but that's just me. The construction noise during the day wouldn't bother me at AKV as I'm in the parks and don't come back to the resort to rest during the day.

I am staying there one night December 1 before our cruise and wouldn't give it up for anything.

I agree with Inkmahm. It's not like they will be hammering at midnight. Unless you like to sleep in, I think it will be a non issue.
