What to do without the DGC? HELP!

DH & I are leaving Friday 11/23. No DC or DGC. Is there anything specific that we need to do? I know we want to see everything lite up for Christmas, so we will be going to MK,Epcot & MGM. I haven't made any dinner ressies. Any suggestions? We done CM several times with the kids. We've done all character meals. Boma several times. Is there someplace for dinner that we should just not miss this trip?
