They were given sent to me by a cast member as a comp for poor service. I left something in my resort safe, remembering about shortly after we left. I called on 3 occassions over 3 months for it's return. It is finally on it way back to me. The cast member I spoke to said this should have never of taken so long.
I wasn't even calling to complain, I just wanted to get my lost item back. It really wasn't a big deal to me. I was very friendly. The cast member was also very helpful and apologetic and sent me the tickets.
I am extremely grateful, but not sure how to use them.
