What to do with strollers in the rain?

Are there stroller covers that I can buy down there to try and keep the seats dry? My family and I are going to WDW this weekend and it looks like it might rain about half the week. I'd like to keep my strollers dry so that my twin girls aren't sitting on wet seats the whole time. What have you done in the past?

A stroller cover is a great idea, I'm not sure if they sell them there, though. You may want to try to get one at home before you go. I got mine at Babies R Us. If you can't get one, I would use a trash bag or plastic sheeting of some type to just throw over it when you're in an attraction.

Last summer we bought a stroller cover before we left for WDW. Most baby stores(Buy Buy Baby & Babys R Us) sell them for $10. They are clear plastic covers in various stroller sizes that even have vents(for breathing) when the baby is in the stroller.

While a stroller cover is a nice idea, we have never used one. When we only had to worry about one child in a regular single stroller we bought a cover, but never used it. Now we have a large double (front to back) stroller and I don't even know if they make a cover for such a thing.

When we are at WDW, we just use a Mickey rain poncho to cover our stroller. It does a good job of covering a double stroller. If you are on the move you have to make sure it doesn't come off, as the poncho is light and isn't designed to fit a stroller , but it works well. We have survived quite a few torrential downpours with a poncho as a cover, and everyone stayed dry. As an added bonus, the poncho folds up and take up next to no space when you don't need it.

I second the poncho idea. We've used this before and it seems to work well. My DW brought along something to use to hold it in place so the wind doesn't blow it open. I don't remember what it was...clothes pins? safety pins? it may have been hair clippies for all I know.

She did a great job with it though.

Sounds like the poncho might be a good way to go. This way I can play it by ear and buy ponchos down there if I need to. Thanks everyone for your input!
