What to do with Reservation?

I currently have a reservation at VGC for April 7-10 in a one bedroom villa.
I found out I have to have surgery on March 21st, and the odds of me being able to go to Disneyland in April is pretty slim. Since we're going to Disneyworld in May, I'm not too worried. I'd rather make sure I'm healed enough for our trip in May.

What are my options at this point with my reservation? I think I borrowed points to book this trip, so am I stuck with the reservation? Can I rent it out? I'm sort of at a loss as we always just have used our points.

I'd love any suggestions!

You can cancel it - you are outside 30 day window if you did borrow points they stay in this UY - they don't return to the year borrowed from. If you try to rent the reservation, you only have a couple days before the 30 day Mark. I would cancel and plan a trip before your UY ends. Good luck with the surgery.

Did you also borrow for your entire May trip too? If not, cancel the DL reservations and ask MS to reallocate the borrowed points to your May WDW reservation. Then you can bank any current points that were freed up. This all assumes you are still in your banking window and that current points were used for at least some of the reservation,
