I have 12 points left from my current use year after my exchange to Spain. This is such a small number I can't very well do anything with them.

I am considering a weekend in London but would then have to add additional points for a nights stay which I would prefer not to do.

As I am in Europe renting seems like a lot of hassle especially with the money transfer etc.

Does anyone have any good ideas?

Thanks

Have you considered banking the 12 points into next year's use year?

Are you outside your banking window? If not, that is the obvious choice.

Sorry, should have clarified this.

These are banked points that came with the resale, they have to be use by 1 oct 2001. That's why we're doing the exchange as we're not going to WDW till November/December for Walt's 100th birthday bash!

Have you considered renting them for something other than cash? Sometimes you see a member on the R/T board looking for just a few points to complete a reservation. If they are going to go to waste anyway, maybe you could just give them away for the good feeling you get.

I actually have a post on the rental board looking for 7 points to rent for a July/Aug vacation. Maybe we could work something out?

Drop me an e-mail at

..and come on over to the rent board.
