What to do with extra TS credits?

We are arriving late on a Friday and will be eating dinner while traveling, but of course are given that days QS and TS credits for 2 adults one child. I understand how I could use the 3 extra QS credits, but what can I do about those left over TS ones? I hope my question makes sense. Thanks to all of you experts in advance!

We are arriving late at night on day one as well and plan on using the extra three credits towards additional Signature Dinners

Are you leaving early on check out? You can use it for a breakfast that morning. Remember the # of credits is based on nights not days....

You can book a meal at the Castle for 2 credits. Those credits are good up until midnight on your check out day so if you are leaving late on your check out day plan a meal.
