What to do with all the pictures?

I will have a digital camera for the cruise. I have a 512k memory stick that allows 100+ pictures at high resolution. It sounds alot, but I have a feeling I will take alot more. Does DCL offer service on board to transfer images from memory stick to CD? If they don't, then I'm gonna have to consider either buy extra memory stick or bring my lap top

I don't know if they offer that service on the ship or not. But, look on ebay for a new memory stick. Great prices!

Several people have reported in the forum that Shutters transfers the digital images to a CD...cost approximately $15.00.

I will find out in about 2 weeks and let you know.

you may want to just lower the resolution a little bit and then you'll fit waaaay more pics on that memory stick. I brought two memory cards for my digi cam on board and I think I took about 300 pics all together. About half way through the cruise I filled one card and I brought it to Shutters to have the pics put on a disk. $14.95. (I probably didn't need to since I had a second card, but I felt better having the disk in case something happened to the card.) You can't add pics onto the disk once it's burned. So make sure you fill your card before dumping them onto a disk.

Yes shutters will transfer them to cd for you $14.95 per cd. I would take your laptop. We took almost 700 pictures during the week.
