With turkey's being a reasonable price right now how else do you incorporate it in dinner? Some things I have done is made turkey quesadillas (not sure of the spelling) turkey salad. I would like to know of other creative ways to fix a turkey. TIA

Open faced turkey sandwiches with gravy and turkey and dumpings are 2 of my favorite ways to use turkey.

Turkey chilli, Turkey pot pie, Turkey noodle soup, turkey sandwiches.
I just had this conversation with the meat guy when I was picking up my free Turkey. I was getting the biggest size I could get even though my family is only 4. I will use the leftovers to make other meals. I freeze my cooked turkey in meal sized bags for later meals so we don't get burned out.

Turkey Divan.

It is a casserole with turkey, broccolli, cream of chicken soup and parmasean cheese. My mom used to make it every year with thanksgiving leftovers. yummy.

turkey sub's well for chicken in any receipe... I can't think of 1 chicken receipe that we have ever made that we have't sub'd turkey for and it turn out great/fine.

a family fave is turkey chow mein (always have that about 3 days after whatever holiday meal)

I second Turkey Divan....I made it last year with leftover turkey, but my family loved it so much I make it year round (with chicken). You can use broccoli or asparagus, shredded cheddar, and cream of whatever soup. I also put breadcrumbs on the top (makes it crispy) and serve it over rice or noodles.
