What to do when theres not enough time

My parents are really struguling, we're going to Islands of Adventure our First day before we go on our Disney Cruise, the only problem is we won't get there until 1 o'clock at the earliest, if all of our flights leave on-time. So we were wondering if you really could get through all the major attractions in just 6 hours, since they close at 7, we've already went to the site and seen we want to do 7 major attractions before we go, but with long lines and a spread out park, is it possible?

You might want to look into buying the express plus pass. With that, you'll be guaranteed one express entrance to each major attraction. I don't know the price for the time you are going. Check it out on the Universal website.

the regular express passes work much like a fastpass. an express pass PLUS is a book of passes you buy in the park, with one pass for each attraction. then you're good to go. you can do the whole park in 6 hours.

You can get free express passes from machines. These work like fastpass, but give you a choice of two times to return. These passes sometimes run out later in the day.
You can also BUY the express plus which gives you one express entrance to each major attraction. You just show the express pass and go whenever you want. No particular return time is given.
