What to do when Org does not verify

I have the e-mail that was sent the day after my volunteer activityi. It states that the organization will contact Disney and let them know I completed it. My account states taht it has not been completed. Is it to late to get this fixed and get the voucher?
 
Has it been two weeks yet? If so, you can contact GAD Guest Assistance. From the FAQ:

What do I do if I never receive notification of my verification of service?

Please allow up to 2 weeks for email verification for your activity from Disney. You can log on to your account from this site to check the status of your volunteer activity as well. If you have not received any communication or seen the status of your volunteer activity change after 2 weeks, please contact the Guest Support Team for assistance. Please keep in mind that if you signed up for the program as part of a household, verification emails are sent to the lead volunteer.

If it has not been two weeks since you volunteered, you just need to wait.

I called after my 2 weeks, as my issue was extremely time sensitive. I gave them the phone/email of my contact person. I also sent an email directly to my contact person (She emailed me back within hours stating that the paperwork must have been "lost" and she was refile immediately). That was a week ago tomorrow. Today I received an email stating that we were now being listed as attended and to wait 2 weeks for vouchers. I was told by the CM on the phone not to worry. That even if it still says pending, but we have been marked as attended, it is stated as such in the system and will call will be able to print out tickets without the vouchers when we get to the parks.
 
I have the same situation, my status doesn't say "pending" it says "did not complete?? It has been 9 days. Should I wait our start hunting??

Definitely start hunting. It sounds like you were reported as a no-show/did not complete. If you wait any longer, any records of your completing the project could be long gone.

Can I ask who you called? I can't find a phone number on the site and we too are having issues and leave for Disney this Saturday. The contact person said she messed up but verified us on April 12th. Still showing as pending so I want to get this taken care of before we leave.

I had a wee bit of an issue with ours. The rep - who was a sweetheart - said she did verify us in the system on her side and I still saw unverified. She had to contact someone to figure out why. It took about a day but I guess she figured it out because all of ours came through the next day.

I am not sure what the verify process looks like on their end but I think perhaps there was a spot she verified and another that wasn't done.

I wouldn't wait to contact the organization thought....
