What to do right after boarding?

My family (2 adults, 2 kids) boards the Magic on Sunday. We will be boarding around 2-3 pm. I know we want to sign up for the Gingerbread House class. Is that at Guest Services? Are there other things we should think about signing up for? We are not doing any excursions on this cruise, so no need to check on availability. Not interested in checking on a cabana, either. My kids are already registered for the kids' clubs, so that is done. And we are good with our first seating for dinner. What else should I be thinking about doing or signing up for at Guest Services or elsewhere once we board? Thanks.

If you don't board until between 2:00-3:00, first thing you may want to do is check out your cabin, freshen up, and leave your carry-on luggage.

You and your husband may wish to sign up for the adult only dining Palo or Remy as well. Extra charge for this special dining.

Enjoy your cruise.

I'd head directly to Guest Services to confirm a place in Gingerbread House-making. Availability runs out rather quickly on embarkation day, and rarely will have anyone available to book this in the terminal. IF you luck out and they can do it prior to boarding, excellent. :thumbsup2

Even though you've registered your kids online, you still need to pick up their wristbands and have them put on before you can use the youth spaces. Simply walk up to the Club or the Lab during Open House time after you've boarded at your leisure (unless you have lots of time to kill waiting in line at the port terminal).

how do I find out more about the gingerbread house making. Like cost when is it ? I will be on the dream on 12 /12 /13 and it sounds like something I would like to do with my grand kids ages 4,3,10

You have to book gingerbread making? Do you have to book any other Christmas activities? My "book at GS" list is already so long, but it sounds like I am still missing things!
