What to do other than ride rides?

We're heading back to Disney in December and I'm doing some pre-planning. I am trying to plan some other on site activites other than riding rides at the parks. Last time we went to Circus Soleil. I would like to get some other ideas. I know Disney offers some things that many are not aware of. I was thinking the Tomorrowland Terrace Wishes Dessert buffett or the Wishes Pirate Cruise. Does anyone have any other suggestions? Thanks.

Maybe try some mini golf at Fantasia gardens? The characters in flight ballon ride at Dtd. The wild African trek in the akl. Keys to the world tour at the mk. Resort hop ( my favorite thing). Take your time in the world show case. Stop at the boardwalk. Try out typhoon lagoon or blizzard beach. Disney quest, or the movies at Dtd. Or take a day at your resort pool. Enjoy!
