What would you want to do on your last night ( :( ) at Disney?

More specifically, where would you want to have your dinner and what would you want to do after dinner?

I'm trying to work out an itinerary for our HM, and I just don't know what to do/have planned for the last night...

Any helpers?!

Request a patio table - tell them when you check in at the podium that you will wait until one becomes available (let them know its your honeymoon- we got a table right on the water all the way on the end so it was very private). Start with the fruit and cheese platter and a bottle of wine then dinner and dessert and coffee. Stay and watch Illuminations.

DH and I did this back in December 2000 (pre DS) and it was one of the most romantic nights. It was great because we were staying at the Swan so we lingered at the restaurant for a while and then walked the long way home through the countries. It was deserted and wonderful.

O'hana's is always nice. You can either request a table near the window or go out to the beach, grab a drink and watch the MK fireworks. It's a great location to watch them from.

P.S. I just read another post that said if you go during peak times(ex. 4th of July, New Years etc.) you may be asked to show your ID to prove you are a Poly guest. I have never encountered this. Apparently the beach gets over crowded.

Our closing night is on Halloween. We are getting dressed up like Doc Holliday and Kate, going to California Grill for dinner and then taking ourselves over to Pleasure Island for more drinks and fun at the Adventurers Club.

I just got back and on our last day I plunged into a deep depression! ;) But, today, I dream of my return trip next summer.

My suggestion is to make dinner PS at the California Grille late enough to catch the MK fireworks from the restaurant. They pipe the music in.

ROLF @ ncligs!

I think we're going to start and end our honeymoon with character meals!

Hi Nick & Cindy! Do you have a smilie for the same thought but for a solo traveler...

For our last night , we seem to have started developing an "addiction" of sorts -

BOMA

Or, as I like to describe it : One dish I can't pronounce, another - can't pronounce, yet another - same , and ZEBRA DOMES !!

For our next trip , we will do Le Cellier for NYE, and - most likely - Boma for the last night. It's a tough job, but somebody's gotta do it ;) !
