Go to Animal Kingdom!

There's a 'cold' front moving through, and it's over cast breezy and UNDER 80 degrees outside. I hate hate hate AK on hot sticky days - so we go there rather infrequently (plus the fact that they close early) so today I'm taking the afternoon off and DD is home from school (the Monday morning stomach ache that is better.....I know I should not do something fun with her... but you only have so many days like this) so we will be heading out the door in a couple hours. I expect we might hit MGM later in the afternoon too!

I'm so excited.... I love the spur of the moment trips. A great way to start the week (after a weekend of no Disney!)

I went to Epcot. It was great without the heat. It's nice to have a cloudy day once in a while. Have fun at AK.

Blah. My trip starts Thursday and the forecast is for mid to high 70s. Sorry but coming down from Maine where it's 48 today, I was really looking forward to high 80s and sun.

As soon as I saw those numbers this morning I said, "it figures." I must carry my own rain cloud with me. :worried:

:sunny: Rainy days are absolutely perfect for MGM. There are sooooo many indoor activities to do. :sunny:
