If we do take a bus somewhere for breakfast, I'm looking at my map and see that the closest resorts to All-Star Movies are Animal Kingdom and MGM, although I don't really know how long the bus ride will take to those parks. The closest resorts for breakfast are Coronado Springs, although I don't know if that has a decent restaurant and if there is a direct bus route from our hotel to there. Disney's Wide World of Sports is next to All-Stars as well.
Maybe breakfast is cutting it close, though, so staying up late the night before might be better...
I think that staying up late and then sleeping in a little is a good idea, but if you wanted to go to breakfast I think you have time if you get an early ADR. For example, maybe you could go to AK for the Donald Duck breakfast in Dinoland. If you got the earliest ADR (8:00) you could be at the bus stop at 7:00 to catch the early bus. Check in at AK by 8:00, probably be seated no later than 8:30, done by 9:30 and on a bus back to your resort probably no later than 10:00. You could probably even get in one last ride in Dinoland before heading to the bus.
Have a GREAT Time
