Hello all! Am a new member planning our familys first trip to Universal. I did not realize until recently that the parks closed so early in June (6:00 or 7:00 pm) . We are staying on property at Portafino. What else is there to do at night? We will be traveling with a 14 year old and an 11 year old. Will be there 4 nights. Thanks for your help.

My kids (16 and 13) love to stroll around Citywalk. You can hang out at the pool, you can take a trip to the other hotels and browse, have a late dinner at the many restaurants. My kids always seem to be exhausted by about 10 since they spend their time during the day running from ride to ride and not waiting in lines!

Hello & Welcome Cinders!
You'll love walking around PBH at nite just browsing. Have some drinks in front of Thirsty Fish by the water, it's soo relaxing.
And by all means, go tour the Hard Rock Pool / Hotel. You'll be those kids' hero for many moons!
(You can use their pool too!!)

My kids are a little older, 14 and 16, and they left me in the room to go down to the pool themselves. Of course, they were looking for cute girls. They also had the game room, and I know they played pool. HRH has a dive in movie night, where the kids lay out in the pool on floats and watch a movie on a huge screen tv. There is also a movie theater at Citywalk, in case anyhing good comes out while you are there.
