We're taking advantage of the Buy 3, Get 2 Days free offer currently going on.

We're going a Friday - Wednesday, but won't be arriving until like 4am on Saturday morning due to work commitments of my husband unless he can leave work early.

We plan on doing Universal on the Saturday we get there.
Have nothing really planned for Sunday.
Monday we're planning on IOA.
Tuesday we have nothing planned.
Wednesday, nothing planned but we are planning on leaving around 12/1pm.

Essentially we have 2.5 free days there. I have a feeling the parks won't take more than one full day each because of the FOTL we have from staying at RPH.

We're planning on having lunches at Lombari's & Mythos and Dinner at Emeril's, Pastamore, The Palm and V&A (although thats the only Disney thing we are planning on doing - no parks this trip)

What else do you explore in Universal while you are there?

Is Sea World worth the money for two adults for one day?

i would switch your saturday to sunday plans.
since you are staying on site, you can take the transportation to busch gardens one day from your hotel. it is $10 pp for the trip.

the shuttle for Sea world and wet & wild is free from your hotel.

i would spend 3 days at the park and definitely do an evening at city walk

i don't know when you are going or the age bracket you are in.

there is the velvet lounge at hrh that has entertainment on one thursday each month, dive in movies at the pools, entertainment for families at all pool sides, spas at the hotels, etc.
