Hi all,
Well, my DH has to work and we won't be able to go as planned. How do I go about getting my $200 deposit back? Our trip is for Nov. 6th so that's enough time to cance right?

If you booked a room-only, you can cancel up to 5 days in advance and get your deposit back. If you booked a package, it's 45 days. If you booked on the internet with the Best Rate Plan, it's nonrefundable. Just call CRO.
