What to do if MBs don't get delivered?

Our MBs for our trip in 10 days were shipped some time ago, and UPS indicates that they were delivered by leaving them on our front porch on December 30. We never received the box. :confused3

What should I do? We definitely want to use MBs on this trip.

I would call and have them deactivate those magic bands,when you check in I'm sure they'll give you new ones,ask if maybe they can send you new ones before checking in so you can reserve FP+ before coming in,I know ours arrived very quick so if you call maybe you can have some new ones several days before your trip.I know you should call and have them deactivate the ones that should have arrived as I was waiting to check in somebody asked the front desk what happens if they lose them and that's what they told them,they'll deactivate the old ones and issue new ones.

Same thing happened to us a couple of months ago. UPS said they were delivered, but nope. Never had an issue with UPS deliveries before, so it worried us. A quick call had us new bands overnighted, and all was well.

You don't have to have a magic band to make fastpass+ because you do this through MDEx so if you haven't already made them, go ahead ans do so ASAP. I hope everything works out about the new bands!
 
I would have contacted Disney a week or so ago and had new ones sent out. You probably still have time. I finalized ours this past Tues and got them Thurs. It was fast. It was just as fast for our last trip.
 
Thanks to all who responded. I just called and was told to call DVC Member Services tomorrow when they are open as we booked the trip through DVC. I hadn't thought about that making a difference.

I do wish that I had realized before yesterday that they had not been delivered, but life got busy and that just slipped through the cracks.
