What to do? Grades and DD.

They do not do that at her school or in this school district. We have an online Parent Connection site we use. If we have questions then we send an email. But this is updated daily or at least twice a week. Shows everything for the 6 weeks and then each grade assigned to it. From homework to quizzes, to tests to standardized tests.

Even better! The main idea is that you get feedback from the teachers without waiting until the end of the marking period.

Good for her! Reminds me of a trick mt kid pulled a couple of years ago. Some friend decided to somewhat go on strike, and finished very little work one week. She lost TV for 2 weeks. So, DD decides to see what will happen to her. I open her little Friday folder and find Ds and Fs on everything. I (knowing nothing about the other child) said, no TV for a week. She said, "thats not so bad, So-and-so lost 2 weeks." LOL. She was just 3rd grade, so she ratted herself out. Anyway, I just recalled that wondering if your DD was testing to see if you were watching - if so, you passed! good job.
