We are going on a NYE Disney Cruise this year- the cruise leaves on Dec. 26 so on the 25th we will get a hotel room close to port. We are driving in- arriving around 3:00pm on Christmas eve. I am trying to figure out a way to make Christmas Eve/morning special. I have considered renting points from a DVC member and staying one night at a DVC resort. Looks like that would cost us around $320. Do you think it would be worth it? Any other suggestions on someplace else that would be special to stay? Any special place to eat? Special things to do?
