Can anybody give me any ideas what to do before the parks open?
On 3 of my days stay in DLP the Parks don't open untill 10am
Any ideas what to do between 8 and 10 am?
What times do the pools open at Sequioa Lodge?
Any ideas ???

Have you checked to see if the parks have Extra Magic Hours on those days? If they do you will be able to be in the parks at 8am.:goodvibes

We normally just have a stroll around the lake and then a walk through the disney village. We often get a good morning fantasy land breakfast so we get into the park at 9am, not sure if they are still doing them at the moment but might be worht a look into.

Hi there
Yes unfortunatley checked for extra magic opening hours ..but no luck! Opens at 10am

Also what is the fantasyland breakfast..where would I find out about it?

the fantasyland breakfast allows you to have your breakfast in the park an hour before the park opens, it is the same breakfast you would get in your disney hotel but it is in one the restaurnats in fantasyland. They also open up a few of the rides from 9-10 so you can ride without the ques! last time they opened Dumbo and peter pan. We book ours when booking the hotel although you can request it on check-in. if you have booked through an agent give them a call and see if you can add it on or if you booked through disney they will just add it to your booking. It doesnt cost anything extra but we always get some lovely photos etc in the packs before the crowds come in!

As far as I know GM Fantasyland breakfasts are not running now that EMH are in place.

Even if the park doesnt open til 10.00 sometimes they start letting people in by 9.30 (and sometimes not- it can be hit and miss). Although you wont be able to go any further than the central hub at least you can wander up main street.
Even if they wont let you in I would still recomend being there by 9.30 as there will be quite a queue to get in.

Some of the shops in the Village may be open to browse in

There will possibly be a character or 2 in your hotel reception

You could book a character breakfast at Mickeys - there are 2 sittings 7.30 (I think) and 9.30
