What to do at home this weekend?

Because it is so cold and we've been sick...we are planning to stay in this weekend. Other than baking, what is something different we could do with our 4 & 6 yo DS.

They've watched enough TV and played a lot of computer this week.

How about board game day or night???? And making a "special" meal together before you play???? That's what we do for NYE.

Clear off a table and cover it with Newspaper and go crafty. You can buy tons of stuff at a local dollar store. Don't have to have something specific just pile out the craft items and see what Ideas the kids come up with. Pop sticks, pom poms glitter glue, construction paper and yarn make wonderful idea starters. you can got to the Family fun website and see about other craft ideas that may be more organized like Paper bag puppets or paper plate masks but with a theme. Let the imagination run wild.
