So randomly today I had random photos all on different dates show up on my disney experience app, any idea on what I can do to get them off my account lol?
I had the same problem, the day MaxPass went live at Disneyland it added a random stranger's Splash Mountain photo to my account. I figured it must be related to bugs in the new system. I haven't figured out how to remove it yet, either, but would be glad for info on how to do it. If anyone knows, please share!

Dont want to see them on my account as its annoying when Im reviewing my photos. I have I have 4 trips to DL planned for this year, 1 to DW and dont want random weird photos being stored on my experience account. the most recent is August 5 so who know how many more might crop up on my AP account. Id call them but I'm on business over on a small remote island over satellite connection which makes phone calls and even basic internet tedious lol.
For the same reason seesclubhouse stated...I have 4-5 trips planned during the time this photo will be on my account...my job, as the resident Disneyland expert amongst the crews I am traveling with, is to manage everything to do with the app...book the Maxpasses, monitor ride times, download & share the photos with my family. I don't need any extras! Plus, if this is a new "trick" the app has learned, I'd like to know how to remove photos in the future (if that is possible) in case this issue occurs again.
Hopefully someone else has some insight, Ill call tomorrow if I leave off this island later today and see if they can access my Ap account and manually remove them, or ask them how I should proceed.

This is exactly what we've done in the past. Alternately, we've gone to the photo shops in either park to go through the random photos with a CM. After all, they belong to someone who might be looking for them. The whole removal process was pretty painless and quick.

Thank you! I never even thought to look on the desktop...ever since the app came out, I've used mostly that! It's awesome that we actually can delete them ourselves.
