What to do about conflicting MNSSHP info?

I had read that we didn't need park admission to go to the party...just our tickets. So my parents and siblings only bought five day hoppers for our trip. Then a few weeks before our trip my Dad asked me to call Disney and find out for sure. I talked to 3 CM over a week's time and EACH ONE told me I would need not only our party ticket but also a day's admission for the park. So there was a scramble to have extra days added to everyone's passes.

Then we show up at the party and of course, they ONLY want our party ticket.

If I call Disney, will they refund the $$ or will they possibly change this day to non-expiring?

It wouldn't hurt to ask...if nothing else, they should give you the no exp option for the days you didn't have to add. They can see on your passes that these days weren't used.

I know it's a long shot, but did you happen to write down any of the CM's names, dates, and times? This may aide you in getting somewhere.

If nothing else, I'd contact Disney. See what they say. That is about all you can do.
