We will be staying at Disney and on the dining plan!:thumbsup2

This is our first time going to Universal and I was thinking of picking up some snack/lunch type items from the counter service and bringing it in a soft sided cooler bag.:confused3

This way we can still use some of our dining plan and save a little $$ while at Universal.:dance3:

Would Universal frown on me bringing say sandwiches or pizza slices etc...??

Pretty sure Universal's outside food policy is a little different than Disney's. In that you aren't supposed to bring in a substantial amount of stuff. We have a popcorn bucket and cups that Universal does (unlike Disney) allow you to reuse visit after visit, so we do that and granola bars etc.

You can bring in snacks and sandwiches that fit in a small bag. I don't think you would want to bring a three course meal in with you and remember...you'll have to carry around the bag so if you want to lug it around it's your choice.

:thumbsup2Thanks so much for all the info!

Yes, it will be a soft sided cooler bag and just enough snacks etc.... so my kids don't starve to death. We'll have a nice dinner at one of the restaurants :cutie:

Another question, you mentioned there's lockers free of charge at some of the rides.
But if I wanted to just pay for a locker for the day, do you know how much they are?:confused3
