We are having Mexican Chicken Bake! YUMM! I do have to go to the store and pick up some green peppers though (Can you believe they are 1.79 a lb right now?? For GREEN peppers, not even red ones!)

We don't do the lo-carb thing either.

Both DS's prefer pasta or potatoes with every meal
