I've seen posts in the past but can't find them - could someone remind me what to check when booking a villa directly with an owner? I have seen a great place at reunion resort which looks fine, but any advice or warnings would be appreciated. We had a bad experience at Windsor hills (known as cockroach hills ever since!) & don't want to repeat if!
