What to ask when phoning Disney...

Hi, I have read of some people phoneing up to ask if they have a discount code nect to their name.

Do you need to go thru the reservation process then once you get told a total ask if there is a code? or just say your name and ask if there is a code? or do you need a membes number or something too?

I read a thread about that recently and I think you just call and tell them your name and dates and ask if there is a discount code attached to your name. Hope this helps.

I all ready have a reservation. I just called yesterday and asked if there was a code attached to my name and the very nice man that I was talking to looked at several different things for me but unfortunately I didn't have a code.

When we did it, the castmember offered the info. They said..oh, I see you have received a postcard. I said, yep, but I don't have it, lol, he said thats ok, i have the offer right here in front of me.

we called and just asked if we had any codes under our name...and sure enough we did..for the time we wanted to go....those cms have heard it all..so dont feel stupid when you call.....good luck...

I agree completely. Just call and ask. Simple as that.

I called and gave dates I was "thinking" about visiting Disney. But I had no code.

I think most of the postcard offers are for a stay between April? and July 4th.
Anyone know when postcard or emails start going out for after July 4th stays?

We already had ressies but I called and asked if there was a code next to our name OR ADDRESS. My father lives with us and he got one last year that we were able to use since we are in the same household. Make sure you also ask about your address.
Sadly though...... No code
