What times for dinning?

We will be staying mid November and the parks close earlier, now my question is are the restaurants open after the parks close?

For example, Disney Studios closes at 7pm, do we have to eat and be finished by 7 or can we book at 7 and then leave the park?

It has been so long since we have visited, I cannot remember, thanks for your help.

If the park closes at 7.00 p.m. so do the restaurants. Per haps you could consider an early dinner or eat at one of the fab resort restaurants!!!!
