What times are off times for lunch and dinner at IOA?

Ok, there are only a few weeks left until my very first IOA day, and I have been hearing about "off-times" when restuarants aren't as busy as they are at times when people normally eat. When are these times for lunch and dinner? (We have to cover both while we're there since we won't be home until 11 o'clock that night, and really don't want to be waiting in long lines for food)
