what time would you get to MK for ADR?

Okay experts need your advice. We are heading to WDW in 3 weeks (yippee!!), we are doing one of the tours at MK and they said to be checked in at 8:15am on Friday 3/10. Online it said the EMM are at 8am, regular hours are 9am. How early can / would you get to the park and how early will they let us into the park for the reservations? We are staying at Boardwalk so I assume taking the bus is the best route.

2. Yes. Be at the resort bus stop by 7:10AM.

Taking a cab or Uber to MK would require walking
to MK from the Contemporary Resort (that's the closest drop-off.)

to the DISboards, kcjayhawk!

FYI: When you arrive at MK, after you go through security, go to the far left, you will see a rope to the side for "Event Entrance". They will hold all guests with PPO tours and EMH until they have made the necessary areas "show" ready. There will likely be a good size crowd waiting with you.

I have a related question. We recently decided to stay offsite (booooo!) and have 8:15 ADRs for two mornings. How early do we need to get to the MK parking lot so we can be at the gate in time? Will we be taking the ferry or monorail at that point?

1. 7:30. But, since you won't know exactly how long it will actually take you to GET there, I'd add another 15 min. or so, earlier to that.

2. Either one of those, maybe. Maybe a BUS. Another reason to add those extra minutes to the arrival time.
