What time will Guest Relations open at MK?

I've checked the Disney website and it just says open during normal operating hours. I'm trying to find out if it opens before official park opening for those who have early ADRs? I'm just trying to work out the best time for us to get the DAS for our son and we were thinking of doing a pre-RD BOG breakfast on our first day. Would be great if we could go to guests relations on our way there. Alternatively, if went at lunch time are the queues likely to be quite long at Guest relations?

I think the GR in the park opens when they lest guest into the park you can try the GR out side the the park but if there are people with ticket problems they will take them first and ask you to go inside the GR inside can be very long when the park opens last time I was there I was told I had to go next door where you pick up your package to get my DAS cards fair as during the day I have seen it very crowd and not so much so it just depends

Guest Relations is open whenever guests are in the park. So, if opening is 9 am, but guests are allowed into parts of the park by 8:30, Guest Relations will be open by 8:30.

The outside the park Guest Relations open before guests are let in (can't tell you how much before, but they are open to allow guests who have ticket issues to deal with them before park opening).

Is there any other GR spots beside the ones at the front of the parks? Disney springs area or inside the parks that maybe less crowded?

The only place to get a DAS card is some times out side the park and the one inside the park is the one they want you to get it

There is a Guest Relations at Disney Springs, but that location cannot issue DAS. There is also Guest Relations at each water park, but those also cannot issue DAS.

DAS can only be issued by Guest Relations at the major theme parks. There is an "inside" location as well as one "outside the gates" at each major theme park (Epcot also has one at the International Gateway entrance). The "outside the gate" locations may or may not be issuing DAS; if they are busy handling ticket issues, they will defer other questions to the inside location.
