What time to MK Quick Service Open for Lunch?

Working on our touring plan and wondering what time MK quick service restaurants open for lunch? Thanks!

Thanks DisBuckMan. I was thinking about Pecos Bill during Christmas week. We have a 4pm Ohana reservation so I wanted to try and push our lunch back a bit. Maybe since it is the busy season they will open up closer to 10 or 10:30?

Pecos Bill's normal opening time is 10:30.
