What time to make dining reservations

Does anyone know when you can start making dining reservations at the 90 day mark?

Is it midnight the night before, or 5am or something like that?

Is there different times for online vs phone.

Online 6:00 am
phone 7:00 am EST

In my experience it is 6:01 AM EDT online, not 6:00 AM. The computer switches the new days to be available at 6:01 AM It is 7:00 AM EDT on the phone

Just to clarify....if I'm in the Central Time Zone, can I get online to make reservations at 5:01am?

Are these times the same on Sundays as well?
