What time to Leave Epcot to get to BOG

We will be in Epcot on Thursday April 02, 2015 and we have an ADR for BOG at 4:20pm. We will be driving to Epcot and taking the monorail to MK. What time should we leave Epcot to make our 4:20pm reservations?

We will be in Epcot on Thursday April 02, 2015 and we have an ADR for BOG at 4:20pm. We will be driving to Epcot and taking the monorail to MK. What time should we leave Epcot to make our 4:20pm reservations?

I'd start making my way out of Epcot around 3:00p-3:15p, depending on how close you are to the front and Epcot's monorail station.
