We will be at the parks in a few weeks. We love to ride RSR at night. What time should we get a FP so we can get around a 730-830 return time? With the old system we knew when but now that it is connected I was wondering if anybody knows when. Thanks.

I would guess 2-3 hours after park opening. This is kind of difficult in summer since "dark" only lasts an hour an a half before the park closes. We rode it at night Tuesday, but did it with a rider switch pass. I asked the guy in front of me what time he got his FP. He said 10:30 AM. for an 8 AM park opening.

We went Wednesday when the park opened at 8 (extra magic hours at 7). I pulled them at 9:30 for 5:47pm.

Yesterday it was around 10-10:15am for a 8:05-9:05pm pass. You just kind of have to watch to see. RSR was down most of the day yesterday. Our FP's were for 11:05am and we didn't get to ride until 9:30pm.

At about 9:40 today, they were at 1:30-2:30 and at about 10:10 they were at 3:15 - 4:15 approx. really seems that it depends on the day and crowds. It was very light this morning with lots of walk on rides.

Today, Saturday at noon it was 7:30-8:30. It was not a busy day though, I think this will change in the next few weeks when the summer crowds pick up.

is it true when its down if you go up to a CM and show you r fp they will give you a new one good for during that day when its fixed?

We did not receive a new FP. We were just told to come back in a few hours and they would be honored. We had to go back three times before it was finally up and running. What they did was make FP riders priority and shut down the single rider line, then they would fill in the cars from the regular line. We were told 30mins but it was probably only about 15. Non FP riders were told 3hr wait but by watching that line as we waited, I don't think it was anywhere near that as people would turn around and leave. People were moving through the que pretty fast.
