We are 6-10 min. drive from each park according to MapQuest.
We have our tickets.
We would like to be there for rope drop each day.
What time should we plan on leaving the condo each morning to get to each park?
It seems like I read somewhere that getting to MK from parking is the longest...
Thanks!

Unless you pay the upcharge for premium parking, it will probably take you a good 10-15 min to walk to the gate at any of the parks. I know it did me and I'm a fast walker. I would say to have a comfortable arrival time and to not "run" to the gate at each park, allow an additional 30 min from car to gate. This should give you a bit of wiggle room but it's better to be a bit early. There are bathrooms outside the parks if need be and it's typically faster to walk than take the tram as you are usually pretty close to the closest spots w/o premium parking. If you pay the extra you can probably shave 5-10 min off your walk time (yes, there really is that much of a difference in my opinion).

When we stayed off property at a close condo: We planned on pulling into the parking lot for MK no later than 1 1/2 hrs before opening, the rest no later than 1hr before opening. And we're not am people lol :sad2: But, we reasoned the advantage of RD is more park time with shorter waits. If we were gonna wake up with the chickens, we'd "do it right" lol :P Plus, none of us are fond of being stuck in the middle of human walls with lil to no body space. We have pics from each park's RD of the gigantic sea of people that formed behind us...insane ha :eek:Sticking to our self imposed deadline, we were always either the 1st in a line (AK & HS), or just a handful of people back (Epcot & MK). With smart phones to play on and general Disney excitement, the time felt like it passed quickly.
