What time to arrive at the Port

We are leaving from the Hyatt Regency at the Orlando Int. Airport
for Port Canaveral by limo.

What time should we arrive at the port to be one of the first on board?

What time will they let us enter and begin check in?

You usually can enter the terminal around 10:30 so you would want to be leaving the airport around 9:30 - but your Limo service should be able to give you the best estimate of when to leave.

So you can enter the terminal at 10:30 usually. Does that mean they start the check in process around that same time or do you just wait in the terminal. Also, what time do they usually let you on the ship.

They start doing checkin at 10:30, once you are allowed into the terminal. Handicapable and concierge get to board first then whoever is first in line, usually starts around, and this varies, 11:30 to 12:00.

It doesn't really matter if you are first in line, boarding is magical from whatever point you start.

The first time is unbelievable, and the second time is unbelievable. Ask any of the DCL junkies and they will tell you the same. Nothing beats walking over that gang way and hearing your family name welcomed aboard.

If you have your documents filled out (or mostly filled out) the check in process at the "desks" goes pretty quickly. The queue gets pretty long, but now that they screen your carryone luggage before you enter the terminal the boarding process moves along quickly!!
