What time should we eat lunch at MK/Epcot?

We want to eat at Liberty Tree and Garden Grill for lunch. What would be the best time to make our PS? We will probably eat a "big breakfast" before we hit the parks early.
How far in advance should we make our PS?

We usually eat a big breakfast then go for a late lunch. By 2:00 to 3:00 we get our PS for lunch.

Which is a nice time to eat lunch because everyone else is out in the park. But, if you want to see the parade in MK make sure you don't make your PS during that time.

We've never had a problem getting a PS 7 days in advance or just going right into the Garden Grill or Liberty Tree Tavern. You have to get the turkey at the Liberty Tree Tavern.

We usually either eat a light brekkie and then have lunch at 11:30 as soon as the restaurants are opening of rlunch, or we have a big brekkie and do'nt have lunch until about 2:00 after the rush is over.

We like to make our lunch PSs for as soon as a given restaurant opens. Sometimes that's 11:30, sometimes noon. I recommend making them as soon as you can...120 days for lunch everywhere but the MK. 60 days there.
