What time should I make R&C ADR if I want to be seated outside for Illuminations?

I have waited to long to make any of my ADR's & will probably be out of luck anyway, but what time do you think I ashould make an ADR at R&C to be able to sit outside for Illuminations?

I would say about 7:30pm for a 9pm show. Note however, that R&C no longer takes requests for outdoor seating.
