What time should I make ADR?

We are expected to land at MCO at 3:30pm. I know there's always a chance of a delay. We are staying at The Poly, and I was thinking of making an ADR for dinner at 'Ohana or Kona. What would be the safest, not-ridiculously-late-b/c-we'll-be-tired-time? Thank you!

I'll only make a dinner ADR if our flight is schedule to arrive in the morning. I would advise on considering leaving it open and once you are either on ME or arrive at the Poly, go on the app and see what is available for when. You probably won't get 'Ohana this way, and you are 50/50 on Kona, but I am sure you'll have options on the monorail loop (The Wave or GFC will probably have availability). That is going to be the safest route. However, if your hearts are set on Kona or 'Ohana, I wouldn't make an ADR for any earlier than 7.

Thank you! I made an ADR for Kona at 7:30. I figure worse case scenario I cancel it if we're not going to make it, and just pay the cancellation fee. Thank you!
