What time should I have TTC pick us up?

TTC will be picking us up at the YC. Our flight is at 11:05 am on a Sunday. What time should I have them pick us up? The airline is Southwest. I know you should be there at least 1 hour and 15 minutes before. Would 9:00 be ok? Thanks in advance.

We usually let the driver decide, as he/she is most familar with traffic patterns. When the driver drops you off at the hotel, he will usually ask what time your return flight leaves. However, I tell him what time I want to ARRIVE at the airport, and then he tells us what time he will pick us up. I like to be there about 90 minutes before departure. I think most drivers assume you want to be there 30 to 45 minutes ahead of time.

9:00 a.m. on a Sunday should be just fine. You definitely want to be at the airport at least 1-1/2 hours in advance of your scheduled departure if you are checking luggage because you may have to stand in line, and then it can take another 10 minutes to get to the gate after you check your luggage.
