What time should I finish PPO breakfast to get in line to be among the first on the ride?

Just remember that all you are promised with PPO breakfast is the meal. If you are counting on the mine train and used your FP for other attractions, you may miss the window if the policy changes even for the one day you are there.The perk for a PPO is being in the park prior to RD, and it has only been since BOG and the Mine Train that anyone has gotten a ride prior to RD.

I understand that it's not a guarantee, but we have gotten pre park opening rides way before BOG opened, with a CRT or CP ADR.
