What time is the Earliest DCL bus from MCO to port?

Just back from the Fantasy. The email we received said they started at 11:30 but we checked in at the airport at 9 and were put on the first bus which arrived about 10:15. My PAT was 11 AM group 3. When we got to the port they let you off the bus then scan your DCL check-in qr code. Then they scan your safe passage qr code. After everyone is scanned in they lead you to the testing tents where you are COVID tested and wait for your results. Just like in the past if you arrive after your PAT you pretty much just walk right on the ship! If they haven't called your boarding group yet then you will just wait in the terminal until they do.
Arrived at the port at 10:15 or the airport at 10:15 to take you to the port?

Arrived at airport at 10:15. Was at the port by 11:40. They didn't require everyone to test yet so we just walked right on the ship. They will probably leave earlier to account for everyone needing a test now though.

Post covid what is the earliest that the Bus' start to run now from the Airport?
I just sailed Monday, and it was hard to get an answer to this question! We got to the Cruise transportation area at 9 AM and waited about 30 minutes. First motorcoach left around 9:30. We were concierge so did not have to wait for a PAT.

Just back from our cruise Sept 24th-27th and we checked in at the DCL transfers desk at 8:40am. We left on the first bus leaving for the port at 9:20am.

Does anyone know what would happen in this scenario. We booked our cruise last minute and planned on driving in. At check-in only late PATs were available and were assigned a late board group. A few days later we decided to fly, so we called and added Disney transfer from MCO but they won't adjust our PAT or boarding group. They say since we are using Disney transfers that the PAT and boarding group don't matter.

Has anyone ran into that before? Will we be turned away at the bus boarding or worse made to sit in cruise terminal waiting on our boarding group?

Thanks!

We took DCL transfers from the airport to port. We had a port arrival time of 11:15am and a boarding group 4. We got on the first bus at 9:20am for the port. When we arrived at port and completed COVID testing it was around 11:00am they hadn’t started boarding yet. When they did start boarding we had to wait until they called our boarding group which took a while even with having boarding group 4 cause they pace you with the welcome show when you get on the ship.
