What time is the change from Lunch to Dinner?

Does any one know what time the different counter services and restaurant at the theme parks start and end?

but the time I found most often when booking TS was lunch til 3:45 and dinner starting at 4:00.

If you go to the menu's on the homepage, it tells the different hours.
Most of the restaurants start dinner at four like mello said. However I was looking and sometimes the hours are different depending on the restaurant.
