What time is the Biergarten Entertainment?

My Dh and I went this past September, and didn't realize there was entertainment...what a nice surprise!

We made reservations for this trip at 1:00 for lunch. I tried calling Disney to check times and the CM put me on hold forever, and then I got disconnected.

So.....thought maybe someone might know here.
