Just wondering what would be a good time to plan a thanksgiving dinner. We would like to plan it so that we can spend some time in the parks when they are not too crowded. Thanks, Tammy

Bumping your thread because I'd like to know too.... I also am wondering where we should make PS's for a thanksgiving dinner while we are there- so I figure I might as well ask on the same thread. :)

So can anyone please help us with our questions? I imagine now with a 90 day PS instead of 60 days that I need to HURRY and figure out where I want to eat that day.....that means I have like 3 or 4 days (I think 4) to figure it out so I can call for PS's for that day 90 days out.

HELP! :)

if you are looking for an uncrowded time at MK on T-Day, forget it, the troops come piling in early and it's packed all day!
Epcot is a great park for T-Day.
We usually have breakfast at Cindy's Castle, then immediately after breakfast, like salmon swimming downstream, head for the MK exit to get back to the YC.
then we relax, swim, have a restful day, and have an early dinner at around 4pm (last yr at the YC Galley, it was fantastic!)
then we alwasy went to MGM for osbourne lights...not happening this year, so we will still have an early dinner around 4pm, adn then either resort hop to see the fetive decorations, so magical at teh MK resorts and around the BW resorts.
and/or go tto Down town disney to relish in the holiday decorations and atmosphere!!!

have fun!

Laura :)

About the MK on Thanksgiving, it will be a MADhouse... Try to be there RIGHT at the rope drop, assume you'll make it on 3 or 4 rides before it's too crowded to move!! That's what we did last year, we booked it over to Splash Mountain & Big Thunder, did those a few times with no lines & then we headed out of the park!!!

I'm planning just about the same thing for this year LOL.... I think we'll head into MK right at opening, spend a couple of hours tops, then head over to EPCOT for 3 or 4 hours, then head over to MGM for Fantasmic, I'll miss the Osbourne Lights this year :(

I'm planning the earliest seating for LTT at MK by the way!
